Hotel Sarina, in collaboration with Praava Health, hosted a day-long health campaign and seminar on Women’s Health Care and Wellbeing in honor of International Women’s Day. The event aimed to empower and educate female staff members on the importance of prioritizing their health and wellbeing.

The event commenced with an insightful seminar led by the Head of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Sarina, who emphasized the significance of empowering women financially and its profound impact on societal progress. He encouraged all women to seize opportunities for success and contribute to making the world a better place for everyone.

Ms. Jaheda Begum, the esteemed Chief Guest and Head of the Department and Culinary Consultant at the National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the pivotal role women play in society. She motivated every woman present, whether a working professional or a homemaker, to strive for success in all aspects of their lives.

Dr. Muntaha Tahsin Tithi, MBBS(SMCH), Pgt Medicine (DMC), shared valuable insights on Women’s Health Care and Wellbeing during the seminar, addressing queries from the audience and providing expert guidance.

The celebration continued as all attendees, along with Ms. Jaheda Begum, came together to cut a cake in honor of International Women’s Day 2024, symbolizing unity and solidarity among women.

Lastly, Praava Health conducted a comprehensive Health Campaign tailored specifically for the female staff members of Hotel Sarina, offering them access to essential healthcare services and promoting a culture of proactive wellness.
