President Mohammed Shahabuddin, on Monday (20 May) issued an order to begin the third session of 2024 on June 5.
"The third session of the 12th Jatiya Sangsad will be held at 5am on June 5 at the Parliament Complex of Sher-e- Bangla Nagar in the city," said an official statement on Monday.
The head of the state convened the session exercising the power bestowed upon him as per the Article 72 (1) of the Constitution, the statement added.
