Bangladesh Army Chief, General Wakar-Uz-Zaman, has announced that interim government is likely to be sworn in tomorrow, Thursday (8 August) at 8 PM.
He stated this information during a briefing at the Army Headquarters on Wednesday, (August 7) , around 5:45 PM.
The Army Chief quoted that, "Dr. Yunus will return Bangladesh tomorrow. I will receive him at the airport.
We hope that the interim government will be sworn in at 8 PM tomorrow, August 8."
General Wakar-Uz-Zaman also mentioned that the government might consist of 15.
