New appointments have been made at the higher levels of the Bangladesh Army. Major General Md. Faizur Rahman has been appointed as the Director General of the Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI).
Additionally, Major General Abdul Motaleb Sazzad Mahmud has been appointed as the Director General of Ansar and VDP, while Major General Md. Nasim Parvez will serve as the Commandant of the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST).
