Former Maj Gen Ziaul Ahsan, the former Director General of the National Telecommunication Monitoring Centre (NTMC), was arrested late last night from Dhaka’s Khilkhet area.
According to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), the arrest was made following a tip-off and is related to an ongoing case filed at the New Market Police Station.
