A murder case has been filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and former MP Shamim Osman and 220 named persons and 120 unknown persons in the case of Yasin's murder in Fatulla. The brother of Yasin (18) who was shot and killed. Shipon became the plaintiff and filed the case at Fatulla Model Police Station on Tuesday (August 27) night.
Among the notable accused in the case are former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, former MP Shamim Osman, Nazrul Islam Babu, Sramik League Central Organizing Secretary Kausar Ahmed Palash, BCB Director and brother in law of Sjamim Osman Tanveer Ahmed Titu.
It is mentioned in the statement of the case that during the anti-discrimination student movement in front of Delpara SB Garments in Fatulla on July 19, the accused attacked the student agitators.
Meanwhile, the terrorists fired at the protestors along with the cocktail explosion. Md Yasin Mia (18) was shot in the chest by Ayan Osman. Later the locals rescued him and took him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the doctor on duty declared him dead.
