The township offers three types of housing options, including townhomes, terrace homes, and garden homes, tailored to meet diverse preferences.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Salah Uddin said, “Owning a permanent address in Dhaka is a dream for many. With Bangla Bosoti, we aim to fulfill that dream by ensuring hassle-free land ownership upon booking and offering installment plans aligned with average rents. This unique approach helps buyers secure their future homes without overwhelming financial burdens.”

The Chief Guest, Ms. Sharmeen S. The master-planned community of Bangla Bosoti offers a unique social environment that will play a crucial role in nurturing our future generations, living within the nature.”

Homes will be constructed within three, four, or five years, depending on the buyer’s preference and installment plan. After completing the remaining payments, owners can either move in or rent out the property to fulfill the outstanding dues and assume full ownership.
