The minimum Fitra has been fixed at Tk 110 per person this year, while the maximum is set at Tk 2,805. This decision was made during a meeting of the National Sadaqatul Fitra Fixing Committee, held in the conference room of the Islamic Foundation on Tuesday.
The meeting was chaired by Mufti Mawlana Abdul Malek, Chairman of the committee and Khatib of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque. Prominent scholars and committee members were also present.
After the meeting, the committee chairman briefed journalists about the fixed Fitra rates. In comparison, the minimum Fitra for 2024 was set at Tk 115 per person, with a maximum of Tk 2,970.
