Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Thursday (13 April) said that the Agargaon-Motijheel section of the metro rail will open to traffic by November.
He was talking to journalists after a contract signing event at Secretariat. Metro rail function from Agargaon to Motijheel was scheduled to begin in December.
Currently, all metro rail stations on the Uttara-Agargaon section are operational from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, daily.
