The 47th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) held on Saturday (23 December), at 10:30 am through virtual platform.
In the Annual General Meeting, 2.5% cash and 2.5% stock dividend were approved for the year ended on 30 June 2023. Prof. Dr. Suborna Barua, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB presided over the meeting. Among others Managing Director of ICB, Md. Abul Hossain and other Directors of the Board were present at the meeting. A significant number of shareholders were virtually connected to the meeting.
