Mercantile Bank PLC donated agricultural machineries at Nobabgonj in Dhaka on Thursday (21 December). Two power tillers had been distributed to 2 Farmers of Nobabgonj area from the special CSR fund of the Bank.
M. Amanullah, Sponsor Director of the bank and Chairman of Mercantile Exchange House (UK) Limited handed over the powertillers to the Farmers as the chief guest. A program held at Bank’s Nobabgonj Branch premises.
Former Election Commissioner Brigadier General (retired) M Shakhawt Hossain, Prof. Dr. Tanvir Ahmed Khan, Former VC of Hamdard University, Habibur Rahman Khan, Film Producer, Dr Syed Nasrullah, Abdul Mannan Minnu, Former Upozila Chairman, Humayun Kabir, Theatre Director were present on the event as special guests. S. M. Mohiuddin FAVP & Head of Nobabgonj Branch, Bank’s senior officials and the farmers were also present on the occasion.
