The local producer of Royal Enfield motorcycles, Ifad Motors, plans to introduce the brand to the nation by May.

It is currently searching for dealers across the nation and will begin selling four 350cc Royal Enfield bikes in July.

The price of each model—Classic, Bullet, Hunter, and Meteor—will vary according on the currency rate and be produced locally, according to Taskeen Ahmed, an Ifad Group director.

The Chattogram factory of Ifad Motors will be able to produce 40,000 motorcycles annually.

Being the most established two-wheeler company that is still in business, Royal Enfield seeks for its dealers' love of motorcycles in addition to extra room in their stores.

After the government gave the go-ahead to allow 375 cc bikes to be operated on public roads later in the year, Uttara Motors, the Bangladeshi manufacturer of Bajaj motorcycles, immediately introduced the 250 cc Pulsar N 250 model.

However, higher cc motorcycles must be locally manufactured to hit Bangladeshi roads.
