REVE Chat’s Live Chat to serve its million merchants

TallyKhata, the largest digital platform for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Bangladesh, announces to enhance its merchant support and services by using REVE Chat’s IM-enabled Live Chat Platform. Now TallyKhata’s million merchants can interact with its service center from different digital channels easily and comfortably.

There was a signing ceremony between TallyKhata and REVE Systems to launch this service at TallyKhata’s office on the 30th of May, 2024.

TallyKhata provides a transaction recording app and its wallet TallyPay for digital payments using QR codes. It will now include REVE Live Chat for real-time support in English, Bangla, and Banglish on multiple channel such as Facebook Messenger, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and the website, enhancing customer service with features like co-browsing and audio-video calls.
