Shark Tank Bangladesh has hit a huge milestone in its debut season, racking up 10 crore BDT in investments! This achievement highlights the show's crucial role in boosting innovative businesses across the country.

Throughout the season, many groundbreaking ventures caught the Sharks' eyes. Standouts include 'Palki Motors' (the first electric vehicle company in Bangladesh), 'Booktionary' (an online bookstore), 'Pulse Tech' (a medical software company), 'Ostad' (a career counseling service), 'Notun Kichu' (a daycare service), and 'Motsho' (a seafood business), among others.

The 10 crore BDT milestone was reached in the electrifying 10th episode aired last Friday. This episode featured four unique businesses, each securing investments from the Sharks.

Shotota Traders

Shotota Traders makes eco-friendly floor carpets from recycled plastic and a special type of grass. Their stylish and sustainable mats are perfect for eco-conscious consumers. Unfortunately, they didn't secure a deal from the Sharks this time.

Soya Gallery

Soya Gallery offers homemade health foods like Tofu, Masala Tofu, and Soya Milk. They scored a deal of 20 lakh taka in cash and 10 lakh taka in marketing/advisory assistance for 20% equity. The Sharks saw great potential in the growing market for organic foods.

Dubo Tech

Dubo Tech, a deep-tech startup, focuses on autonomous underwater technology, impacting tourism, naval, and port inspection industries. They bagged a 50 lakh taka deal and access to R&D facilities for 10% equity. The Sharks were impressed by their cutting-edge tech and strategic partnerships.

Recipe Food Products Limited

Recipe Food Products Limited produces and sells 100% organic products. Despite their commitment to quality, they didn't land a deal this time. The Sharks acknowledged their potential but decided to pass.

Episode 10 of Shark Tank Bangladesh showcased the incredible diversity and innovation of local entrepreneurs. While not all businesses secured deals, they all demonstrated unique strengths. The successful pitches by Soya Gallery and Dubo Tech highlighted the Sharks' interest in health-focused and tech-driven businesses, setting a high bar for future episodes.
