Two days District Conference of Rotary International Bangladesh District-3281 started in Dhaka yesterday (February 17), said a press release.
The chief guest was AKM Mozzamel Haque, Liberation war Affairs Minister, Special guest Tipu Munshi, Commerce minister, and Rotary International President's Representative Ramesh Bajaj.
Conference was addressed by District Governor Engr. M A Wahab, Governor-elect Ashrafuzzaman Nannu, Governor nominee Ibrahim Khalil Al-Zayad, Conference Chair Dr. AH Zahidul Islam Romel, and other leaders.
Rotary leaders from all over the country attended the conference. In different sessions leading professionals from all areas took part. Rotarians exchange their views on future plans of Rotary in several working sessions.
