To mark International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, IFIC Bank has launched "IFIC Somriddhi" workshop, a new initiative designed to empower female entrepreneurs across Bangladesh.
This workshop aims to equip women with essential business skills, including financial management, marketing strategies and other critical areas necessary for building and growing successful businesses. As part of this initiative, IFIC Bank has successfully trained and certified 105 women entrepreneurs, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to excel in their business ventures.
These efforts will be further expanded through the bank's extensive network of over 1,400 branches and sub-branches across the country.
"Through 'IFIC Somriddhi,' we aim to provide the tools and resources that female entrepreneurs need to enhance their skills and contribute to the economic development of our country," said Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Branch Business.
He further invited female entrepreneurs and aspiring women professionals to participate in the workshop and become part of this movement towards greater financial inclusion.
