The session was led by the bank's Managing Director & CEO, Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, with Deputy Managing Directors Sheikh Akhter Uddin Ahmed, Imran Ahmed, and Md. Abdul Matin, along with executives, officers, and branch managers in attendance.
Md. Touhidul Alam Khan provided strategic guidance on addressing key priorities, including recovering default loans, tackling the liquidity crisis, planning future business strategies, mobilizing deposits, disbursing loans, and enhancing customer service. He assured attendees that the bank's liquidity challenges would be resolved soon.
The MD & CEO also highlighted operational strategies and initiatives, emphasizing the need for collective efforts to drive growth and restore the bank's former prominence.
