An agreement has been signed between Rancon Motors and Crack Platoon Charging Solutions. By the agreement Crack Platoon Charging Solution will provide seamless charging solutions for Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles.
Redwanul Zia, CEO of Rancon Motors Limited (Mercedes-Benz Bangladesh), and Md. Tenver Sahariar Utso, MD of Crack Platoon Charging Solution Limited, signed an agreement to provide and establish advanced electric vehicle charging solutions for EV users in Bangladesh.
Currently, they operate over 20 AC chargers nationwide, with 10 DC fast chargers to be deployed by January 2025. The Charge Easy app, available on the App Store and Google Play, ensures seamless charging access and secure digital payments via bank cards and mobile financial services.
This collaboration aims to develop an EV-friendly ecosystem in Bangladesh, targeting 100 chargers, including 30 DC units, by 2025. Electric vehicles are widely regarded as a promising technology in sustainable transportation. Besides, low import duty and low fuel consumption are also making consumers interested in electric cars.
