At this critical stage of the country, 465 officers and employees of The Premier Bank Plc have been promoted.
A webinar was organised with all of this year's promoted officers in a festive atmosphere. The Managing Director and CEO of Premier Bank, Mohammad Abu Zafar, said, " A bank can be successful by providing satisfactory service through skilled bankers. Developing efficient and professional bankers without evaluating the work of dedicated staff is impossible.
I believe that the promoted bankers will give better service to the customers and be dedicated to the bank with more responsibility.
This promotion was given to all levels of officers and employees through a circular of the bank's human resource department.
Premier Bank is determined to maintain its good governance by promoting a significant number of officers every year in a transparent process.
