National Bank Limited successfully hosted its regional business conference in the conference room of Hotel Castle Swad, Bogura. Abdul Awal Mintu, Chairman of National Bank, served as the chief guest.
Chaired by Sheikh Akhtar Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director (acting), the conference was attended by Imran Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director, along with the regional manager and vice president of Rajshahi, branch managers of 28 branches in the region, operations managers, and sub-branch managers.
During the conference, Chairman Abdul Awal Mintu urged all employees to work with renewed vigour to restore the National Bank to its former glory. He emphasised the importance of recovering classified loans and increasing deposits, particularly urging staff to maximise loan recovery efforts.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Akhtar Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director (acting), called for a concerted effort to achieve the targets 2025, expand business, enhance customer service, and ensure the bank's sustained growth by recovering classified loans.
Before the conference, the bank's chairman and management held a unique dialogue with customers, addressing their concerns and answering various questions.
