Way to find customer care centre
Users can easily find nearby customer care centres spread across all 64 districts from ‘bKash Map’ in the app anytime. To use the map, customers have to select ‘bKash Map’ after tapping bKash logo on the top right side of the app's home screen. They have to turn on their location to use this feature and view the whole map. At the bottom of the map, the logo of ‘Customer Care’ has been placed. Customers can see nearby five customer care centres’ locations by tapping on ‘Customer Care’. PIN reset
bKash customers can reset their pin using ‘PIN Reset’ option.
