Mercantile Bank inaugurated a state-of-the-art CRM Booth at its Main Branch at Dilkusha on February 16, 2025, offering 24/7 cash deposit and withdrawal services through a single machine. Mati Ul Hasan, Managing Director of the bank, officially launched the facility.
The CRM (Cash Recycle Machine) allows account holders to deposit and withdraw cash seamlessly, with deposits credited to accounts instantly.
Additional services available through the machine include mobile recharge, credit and prepaid card payments, bKash cash out, PIN changes, and mini statements, providing customers with greater convenience and flexibility.
The launch event was attended by senior executives, including DMDs Md. Zakir Hossain, Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha & Dr. Md. Zahid Hossain, CFO Dr. Tapash Chandra Paul, SEVP & Chief Credit Officer Shah Md. Sohel Khurshid, SEVP & Head of International Division Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, SEVP & ead of Main Branch Md. Abdul Halim, and Head of Cards Mostafizur Rahman and Executive and Officers from concern division of the bank.
