Three people sustained injuries as a private car was hit by a bus traveling from Patenga end inside the Bangabandhu Tunnel on Friday (4 November) night.
The accident occurred around 9 pm when the speeding bus hit the private car. Three of the four passengers in the car were injured in the accident.
Belayet Hossain, toll manager of the tunnel, said that some people were injured in the accident. We will review the CCTV clips to take further action, he said.
Earlier, a minor accident happened inside the Bangabandhu Tunnel's Anwara end within 24 hours of it opening to traffic.
