Scouts participate in every good work of the society

87th Executive Committee Meeting of Narayanganj  District Multipurpose Workshop was held at the initiative of District Scouts. On Monday (June 3), the meeting of the executive committee was held from 10:45 am to 12 pm and the district multi-purpose workshop was held from 12 pm to 4 pm in the conference room of the district commissioner.

Bangladesh Scouts Narayanganj District President and Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mahmudul Haque said that scouts are involved in every good work of the society. By following the Scout system, students can develop themselves as good citizens, so as per the instructions of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, 2 cub teams and 2 scout and girl-in-scout teams should be formed in every educational institution. Upazila Scout Office will be set up in each Upazila to conduct Scout activities.

I believe, scouts will develop themselves as honest, self-reliant, philanthropic and patriotic citizens by taking hands-on training to build a smart Bangladesh. Scouts of every educational institution of Narayanganj district should complete the online registration as soon as possible.

At that time, Commissioner of District Scouts, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Education and ICT, Mr. Hamidur Rahman, Assistant Commissioner of Education, Mr. Elora Yasmin, Secretary of District Scouts, Mr. Md. Fazlul Haque Bhuya Montu, Vice Presidents of District Scouts, Assistant Commissioners, District Scout Leaders, District Cub Leaders. , Commissioner of all Upazila Scouts under Narayanganj District, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Organization), Secretary, Joint-Editor, Upazila Scout Leader, Upazila Cub Leader and all officials of District Scouts were present.

In the day-long district multipurpose workshop, evaluation of implemented programs for 2023-2024, presentation of upazila wari proposed programs for 2024-2025, preparation of district calendar for 2024-2025, recommendations and announcements of multipurpose workshops were made.
