A different case has been filed against the three entrepreneurs of Fakir Group in the case of the hacking of two people named Babul. Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is the main defendant in those two cases.
Inside case, Fakir Aktaruzzaman, Managing Director of Fakir Knitwear Limited, his nephew Fakir Kamruzzaman, Managing Director of Fakir Fashion, Nahid and Fakir Group Deputy Managing Director Fakir Mashrikuzzaman has been mentioned as the financier.
However, it is known that there are various allegations against these members of the Fakir group, including land grabbing along with ruling party leaders. Locals had expressed their anger many times about this and protested.They are also accused of carrying out various terrorist activities by their own gangs. Because of this fear no one protested properly.
Tashlima Akhter, the wife of Shafiqul Islam Shafiq, who was killed on Wednesday (21 August) night, has filed this case at Araihajar Police Station as the plaintiff.
In addition, the General Secretary of Duptara Union BNP on Thursday (August 22) in the case of Babul's murder. Nurul Amin filed the case as the plaintiff.
