The five-day long sales fair at the stylish commercial project Epic Plaza by Epic Properties Limited was inaugurated at Jubilee Road in Chattogram on Saturday.
The fair was officially inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Epic's director engineer Anwar Hossain.
Speaking at the event, Anwar Hossain said, "Epic Plaza is an exceptional project built entirely on Epic’s own land. It is poised to become the commercial hub of this area in no time. Its strategic location, modern facilities, and attractive offers will create new opportunities for business and investment."
"At the fair, buyers and investors will have the chance to purchase freehold ready shops and commercial spaces ranging from 47 to 3,887 square feet at discounted prices,' he said.
This modern commercial building opened new opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors at affordable prices, the officials hoped.
The fair will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. DBH and IPDC are the financial partners for the event.
