A fire broke out at a button factory at Bhangnahati in Sreepur upazila of Gazipur district on Sunday. The fire broke out at the factory around 1:45 pm and spread soon, said Khairul Islam Rony, station officer of Station Officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD).
On information, four firefighting units rushed to the spot and are trying to put the fire under control. However, what caused the fire could not be known immediately.
