The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) of Chattogram South district unit officially started its new member recruiting initiatives.
M Yakub Ali, president of Chattogram South district unit of LDP, inaugurated the new member recruiting on Sunday night.
M Yakub Ali highlighted the importance of renewing memberships for existing members and recruiting new members aged 18 and above.
"Strengthening grassroots politics will lead to a more robust organizational structure for South Chattogram LDP, enabling a stronger presence on the political stage. Everyone have to work together under the leadership of LDP founder Dr. Colonel Oli Ahmed to fortify the party," he said.
Chattogram South district unit organizing secretary and Patiya Upazila president Mansur Alam, Democratic Youth Wing South District secretary Abdul Kuddus Chowdhury, Patiya Upazila LDP general secretary Ayub Ali, senior vice-president Abul Monsur, among others, were present at the programme.
