Colorful rally, discussion meeting and cleanliness drive at Chandkhali

With the theme "Let's Change the Nation, Change the World," a vibrant rally, discussion meeting, and day-long cleanliness drive were held in Chandkhali, Paikgacha Upazila, Khulna, as part of the Youth Festival 2025. The event, organized by the Chandkhali Union Parishad on Thursday morning, aimed to inspire youth to build a new Bangladesh.

The program began with a colorful rally that started in front of the Chandkhali Union Parishad building, paraded through the main streets, and concluded at the Union Parishad premises. Local public representatives, teachers, students, and people from various walks of life participated in the rally.

Following the rally, a discussion meeting was held in the Union Parishad courtyard. The event's chief guest was Abdullah Sardar, acting chairman of Chandkhali Union Parishad. The meeting was conducted by UP member Helal Uddin, with speeches delivered by panel chairman Fatema Tuj Jahura Rupa, UP members Zulfikar Ali, Anisur Rahman Sana, Anisur Rahman Biswas, Motleb Mali, Kayum Hossain, Esnwara Begum, Nazrul Islam, headmaster Khairul Islam, assistant teacher Abdul Awal, administrative officer GM Abbas Uddin, assistant accountant Mithun Chakraborty and village police  Badsha among others.

Speakers emphasized the importance of motivating the youth to contribute to nation-building, highlighting that the country's future depends on their enthusiasm and creativity. They expressed confidence that harnessing the energy and innovation of the youth could lead to a prosperous Bangladesh.

After the meeting, the Union Parishad launched a day-long cleanliness drive in and around the Union Parishad premises. Local representatives, teachers, students, and people from different professions actively participated in the campaign. Participants urged everyone to remain conscious about keeping Chandkhali Union clean and tidy.
