Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Vice-Chairman Abdullah Al Noman said Ziaur Rahman was a successful man in all walks of life. Shaheed Zia was the declarer of independence, the most successful statesman of the century and a successful politician. From the background of independence to politics and state management, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman failed miserably in all those fields, Shaheed Zia was one of the most successful people.
