To enhance the skills of aspiring freelancers and create self-employment opportunities, Hazrat Maulana Shah Sufi Syed Emdadul Hoque Maizbhandari, the Sajjadanashin of Maizbhandari Gausia Ahmadia Manzil, donated Taka 10 lakh to the Shah Emdadia Freelancers platform as part of 'Qarze Hasana' (interest-free financial assistance).
Syed Emdadul Hoque Maizbhandari handed over the donation to the Shah Emdadia Freelancers at a programme held at Maizbhandari Khankah Sharif at Khulshi in Chattogram on Sunday. Chief Coordinator Muhammad Emdad Faisal received the donation on behalf of Shah Emdadia Freelancers.
Naib Sajjadanashin, Chairman of the Maizbhandari Foundation, and Managing Trustee of Darul Irfan Research Institute (DIRI), Syed Irfanul Hoque Maizbhandari, Shahzada Syed Erham Hossain, Shahzada Syed Manawar Hossain, Islamic scholar and researcher Maulana ABM Aminur Rashid from Chattogram Nesaria Kamil Madrasa, Anjuman-e-Muttabayeene Gaus-e-Maizbhandari (Shah Emdadia) Chattogram District's General Secretary Sheikh Shakil Mahmud and Shah Emdadia Freelancers Coordinators Ahad Noor and Saleh Nawaz were present at the programme.
While presenting the donation, Syed Emdadul Hoque Maizbhandari said, "In today’s world, the IT and freelancing sectors hold immense potential. Bangladeshi youth are making significant strides in the global marketplace with their skills. Shah Emdadia Freelancers is a groundbreaking initiative that will empower young individuals to become self-reliant."
Syed Irfanul Hoque Maizbhandari said that Syed Emdadul Hoque Maizbhandari established the Shah Emdadia Freelancers to provide freelancing training, enhance online work skills, and boost young people's competitiveness in the global market.
"The platform aims to offer comprehensive support to freelancers, and this donation will further strengthen its activities," he said.
Chief Coordinator Muhammad Emdad Faisal said, "Our organization’s mission is to enhance the IT skills of young people and help them build a stable foundation in freelancing. This donation will greatly assist in expanding our training programs."
Expressing gratitude, freelancers welcomed this noble initiative by Emdadul Hoque Maizbhandari and requested continued support in the future.
