A seminar on "Key Guidelines for Competitive Tendering of Bidders" was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering at Southern University Bangladesh (SUB) at the university's seminar room on Sunday.
The seminar was presided over by Engineer Md. Abul Hasan, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering. Engineer Umme Salma, Lecturer of the Department of Civil Engineering presented the keynote paper at the seminar.
Engineer Umme Salma said tender document refers to the document that a buyer provides to the tenderer as the basis for preparing the tender. During this time, he discussed various types of tender issues. He also provided clear instructions on the eligibility criteria for tenderers and how the required documents are prepared. Teachers and students of the department were present on the occasion.
