After August 5, the students controlled the traffic on the roads across the country including the capital. Traffic management was under the control of the students for a week. Inexperienced students were the most successful. Especially the traffic in Dhaka city has been managed in a very orderly manner.
But since the students left the streets, chaos has started. The new government should restore order on the roads as soon as possible. Even with good quality roads, safest cars, digital systems, can we say that our road management is good or safe? The answer is no.
Because all good systems will not work at the end of the day if we fail to strictly control two things, one is the discipline of road users, and the other is getting away with chaos. Until today, thousands of recommendations and suggestions have been given regarding order, traffic congestion, road safety, then the question may arise, then why can't we? Because, by spending money you can build good roads, by spending money you can buy expensive cars overnight, but by spending money, you cannot change the behavior of the person who is using this road, who is driving this car.
Two types of users should be given importance for road discipline. One, the pedestrian and two, the driver. I'm not talking about the passenger because he is a pedestrian until he gets on the vehicle. Pedestrians mainly use the road in two ways i.e. walking along the road and crossing the road. On the other hand, pedestrians break the road behavior in two ways, one is intentional and the other is unintentional.

Driver behavior is related to road safety in two ways. One is driving behavior and two is stopping or parking the vehicle. Disruptive behavior of drivers while driving is not following the lane, dangerous overtaking, reckless driving, not having indicators or not using them, etc. And in terms of parking, drivers want to park everywhere, not using bus stops, stopping cars by obstructing other roads or traffic, etc. In fact, many such problems cannot be concluded. Now the question is how can we control them?
Everything depends on how the new government will build the traffic police. Besides providing proper training to the drivers. In our country, the number of drivers is less than the number of cars. Many cars are driven by fake drivers. So, the car should not enter the road without a trained driver. Also, the government should take steps to increase the awareness of pedestrians. We hope that the new government will take all kinds of initiatives to restore order on the roads by eliminating discrimination in everything.
