Foreign Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud on Tuesday (13 Tuesday) taking a class in Dhaka University at the Department of Ocean Science, 4th year and 7th semester’s.
According to university sources, he lectured on the course for two hours on Tuesday morning. Since 2018 Dr. Hasan Mahmood has been teaching part-time in the Department of Oceanography, DU. He took classes of students in two courses on "Global Climate Change" and "Evolution and Earth Biosphere" in the 7th and 8th semesters of the department.
Though he has to remain busy covering his Governmental and Political duties still used to take class in DU regularly.
After being elected as Foreign Minister this is the first time he joined to the department. At the time he got warm reception from the Faculties and the students.
He also worked as a part time teacher in the JU’s Environment Science Department. He worked with East West University and North South University as well.
