"Career Fest 2024" held in CUET

"Career Fest 2024" organized by Cuet Career Club, one of the most popular organizations of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has been announced.

The vice-chancellor of the university announced the auspicious opening of the two-day program at the Sheikh Kamal IT Incubator of Chuet on May 17 (Friday). Jamal Uddin Ahmed. In addition, CUET Career Club's chief advisor Prof. Dr. Sajal Chandra Banik, Associate Professor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. Mehdi Hasan Chowdhury and many others.

Then the seminar started. The experienced speakers who came there gave guidance in various directions in the light of their experience.

After that, the seminar started again from 3 pm. Three seminars were held in phases. In the first seminar, SM Nazmul Hasan, CEO of "Kalpalok Limited" gave a guidance speech for the new entrepreneurs.  The second seminar then provided guidance on various aspects of research for young researchers.  The seminar was conducted by Assistant Professor of Bangladesh Military Institute of Science and Technology.  Tauhidur Rahman.  The latest is organized for Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) job aspirants.  In this seminar Rakib Uddin Ahmed, 8th place holder in Audit and Accounts Department of 43rd BCS, gave guidance in various directions for the newbies.

Yesterday, the job fair started from nine thirty in the morning.  There, various well-known companies, including Huawei, select their employees through tests.  Besides, there was a seminar on higher education.

CUET vice-chancellor professor Dr.  Jamal Uddin Ahmed said in his speech that this type of organization in Chuet can play a good role in shaping the career of students.  

Various skills are required before and after entering the working life, which are known through such arrangements.  He also said that CUET administration will always be there for such activities.

Biswaroop Goswami, President of CUET Career Club expressed his feelings, one of our main goals is to reduce the distance between students and the corporate sector.  To build confidence in students so that they can develop themselves as competent.  

Through the job fair, the fresh graduates here can join the leading companies of the country right from the campus.  Besides, our aim of this event is to show students the right path and make them aware of career by organizing sessions by successful people on higher education, BCS, entrepreneurship, research etc.
