Bangladesh to USA Roadmap was hosted by Banglay IELTS & BIIC

A seminar titled "Bangladesh to USA Roadmap" was held in Dhaka on Tuesday (4 June), with about six hundred students. The seminar arranged by 'Banglay IELTS and Immigration Center (BIIC) was attended by the students as well as the native and foreign guests.

Blerina Polovina, director of International Admission and Business Development at Webster University of America, was present at the seminar organised in a five-star hotel in Dhaka. Syed Zahidun Nabi, assistant director of the Overseas Recruitment, department of the same university and Rashed Hossain, CEO and founder of 'Banglay IELTS and Immigration Center (BIIC)' were present there.

Speakers at the seminar talked about opportunities for the students to take American scholarships and earn degrees as well as work there. They answered various questions of students present there. Blerina Polovina, International Admission and Business Development Officer if Webster University said, "We encourage students from Bangladesh to study at our university. Because there are scholarships and several types of facilities for the meritorious ones".

Syed Zahidun Nabi said, "Most of the universities in America have Indian students. We have now opened the door for the students of our country to take the opportunity. Hence, with IELTS, you can come to study as qualified". Rashed Hossain, the favourite teacher of the students, spoke at the end of the day-long seminar. He also encouraged the students and informed them how it is possible to go abroad with a scholarship through IELTS.

IDP head of IELTS Operation, Elora Sharmee and Business Development Manager of the British council, Md. Bodruddoza also spoke at the seminar. Besides, BRAC Bank was the associate partner of the event. They encouraged students as well as assured cooperation. Later, four of the students present at the event were given opportunities to do free IELTS by lottery.
