The agriculture cluster admission test for nine agricultural universities, originally scheduled for 20 July, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. This information was announced during an online Zoom meeting of the central admission committee of the agriculture cluster at 11 AM on Monday (15 July). Subsequently, the Public Relations and Publication Office of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), through a notice signed by Senior Director Khalilur Rahman, confirmed the postponement.
According to the notice, the admission test for the first-year undergraduate program of nine public universities offering degrees in agricultural sciences was set to take place on 20 July. However, due to unavoidable reasons, the test has been postponed. The new date and schedule for the admission test will be announced later.
The notice further stated that the decision was made during an online Zoom meeting of the central admission committee, chaired by Professor Dr. A.S.M. Lutful Ahasan, Vice-Chancellor of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) and President of the central admission committee, held on Monday (15 July) at 11 A.M.
Regarding this matter, Professor Dr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, a member of the central admission committee and Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), said, "A discussion meeting of the central admission committee was held on Monday (15 July). All members of the central admission committee were present at the meeting. According to the decision of the discussion meeting, the agricultural cluster admission test scheduled for 20 July has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances."
