Supreme Court Advocate filed a petition to High Court urging for reforms secondary education system for implemented for the new curriculum in 2025 to be suspended.
Kamrul Hasan, lawyer filed the petition for national interest on Tuesday (27 August).
The education secretary, chairman of the National Textbook and Curriculum Board, the director general of the Secondary and Higher Education Directorate and the secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education have been named as the respondents to the petition.
The petition may be heard by the bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice Muhammad Mahbub Ul Islam, the petitioning lawyer said.
