Noakhali science and technology university (NSTU) has arranged to mark the day, discussion meeting and cultural progrmme. NSTU separately arranged the program to mark the victory include rally, discussion meeting and cultural programs.
The procession lead by VC Professor Dr. Mohammad Ismil while pro-vc Rezaunul Haque , register professor Tamzid Hossain, newly joint treasure professor Mohammad Hanif , professor Shafiqul Islam, Dean Jahangir Sarkar , with teachers students were participants in the rally.
