The State University of Bangladesh (SUB) proudly announces the launch of the nation’s first-ever M.Sc. in Data Science and Machine Learning (M.Sc.) program. Offered under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), this groundbreaking initiative is tailored to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Fintech, Cognitive Science related fields, establishing a new benchmark in Bangladesh’s academic landscape.
The 1.5-year program is meticulously designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical skills. Spanning 40 credits over three semesters, the curriculum integrates key areas such as Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Neural Networks, Cloud Computing, Computer Programming, and AI Ethics. With a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, the program is supported by state-of-the-art laboratories and a personalized educational approach, featuring a student-to-lecturer ratio of 25:1.
