Pabna University of Science and Technology Press Club (PUST Press Club) newly executive committee has been formed by election.
On Wednesday (Feburary 5) from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm the election was held at PUST Press Club office. After completing vote at 2.00 PM chief election commissioner Dr. Mir Humayun Kabir announced the final results of the election. Election Commissioner Dr. Md. Rashedul Haque and Mohd. Galib Hasan were present at the time.
At the election, Jahidul Islam Sohel, university reporter of the Daily Kalbela was elected as Present and Nazmul Huda Shithil, university correspondent of the Daily Protidiner Bangladesh elected as general secretary.
The other elected members of the committee are Office Secretary Amran Hossain Tanim (Jago News, Daily Bibriti), Treasurer Alfi Sunny (Daily Sabuj Bangla, Daily Bangladesh), Publicity and Publication Secretary Mojahid Hossain (Daily Campus, Daily Sinsha). In addition, Mikail Hossain (Daily Naya Diganta) and Sajjadul Islam (Daily Inqilab) have been elected as executive members.
