Meghdol, a popular Bangladeshi band, is scheduled to perform at the Hard Rock Cafe in Kolkata on November 18, delivering their signature musical experience to fans across the border.
This concert will also showcase several other talented musicians from Coke Studio Bangla, promising a memorable evening of music and entertainment.
In addition to the main event, another organizer of this initiative, TalentWala, is planning a special two-hour solo concert with the band on November 17, adding to the excitement of their India tour.
Shibu Kumar Shil, the vocalist of Meghdol, said, "We are excited to revisit Kolkata this month. We will be in Kolkata and attend multiple events from November 17 to 21."
This marks the band's second performance in Kolkata this year, having previously participated in the Moitree Concert at Kolkata's Rabindra Bhavan on July 23.
Founded in 2003, Meghdol has become renowned for its deep and meaningful lyrics, creative use of metaphors, and a distinctive sound. The band has released two albums, 'Droher Mantre Bhalobasa' and 'Shaharbandi', and has collaborated on various projects, including a film and a franchised musical show.
Recently, Meghdol, the beloved rock band, celebrated its 20th anniversary and organized a concert to mark the occasion, which took place at the Liberation War Museum auditorium in Dhaka on October 13.
