'Channel Eye Band Fest' started 10 years ago under the initiative of the legendary band artist Ayub Bachchu. Every year on December 1, the best bands of the country gathered to participate in this festival.

Even Bangladesh Musical Bands Association (BAMBA) joined this event to make the day more memorable from 2022. On December 2 of that year, they surprised by organizing a huge band music fest. But although this event was supposed to be held last December, Bamba withdrew at the last moment. According to the organizers, the concert will be organized on a larger scale for band lovers in the new year.

At that time, Bamba confirmed the matter in a post on social media. According to them, the much awaited band music fest is not happening in December due to nationwide election engagement. After the election, a time will be fixed and everyone will be informed.

Sheikh Monirul Alam Tipu, the team leader of Bamba Vice President Wharfez, said, "This time the arrangement was not made keeping in mind the issue of political unrest and election preparations. But we will have a big band song festival after the election.'' Although on a small scale, Channel I organized a fest at that time. But this time Bamba is keeping his word. A member of the organizing committee of the festival, who did not want to be named, told the media that Band Music Fest will be organized in the second week of February. A decision has already been taken on the matter. Final date will be announced after meeting with Channel Eye.

He said, 'When Band Music Fest was organized in 2022, 16 popular bands of the country performed together at the Army Stadium in Dhaka. All popular stars have sung and played on one stage. That performance left a scar in the hearts of the country's band lovers. There will be something like this this time too. A grand plan is being made for the entire event. I want to do the festival while it is still winter in the city. Our target is coming February. Valentine's Day is also in our thoughts.

Note that in 2022, Nagarbaul Gems, Miles, Wharfage, Untitled, Meaningless, Artcell, Souls, Feedback, Renaissance, Maqsood & Dhaka, Obscure, Dalchut, Viking, Pentagon, Cryptic Fate and Powersurge participated in the 'Band Music Fest' concert. It is heard that these groups will remain this time as well.
