Jaz's next movie 'Cheetah' is based on the story 'Operation Cheetah' of the late writer Kazi Anwar Hossain's 'Masood Rana' series. Its construction is going to start soon. Ananta Jalil will play the role of Masood Rana in it. Varsha will be the heroine opposite him. The movie will be directed by West Bengal filmmaker Rajeev Kumar Biswas.

"Cheetah" inauguration event was held at Dhaka Club on Wednesday. Abdul Aziz, the leader of jazz, introduced the director and actors of the film.

Ananta Jalil said, "It was my dream to work in the Masood Rana series. When I worked from the country, many people called me the James Bond of Bengal. Even the journalists did not know that I am working in the film 'Cheetah'. However, since the announcement of Jaz, many people have commented on Facebook, the James Bond of Bengal is Ananta Jalil. I feel blessed for that. Almost ninety-five percent (95 percent) of the comments are about me.

Alisha Islam will act as the heroine in addition to Barsha. Regarding her, Aziz, the leader of jazz, said, "Like Alisha, her character in this film is also like that." He studied in Thailand. His father is a scientist. The story of the film revolves around a Bangladeshi scientist.

Actor Nader Chowdhury will play the role of a scientist in the film. Sanju John will play an important role. Besides, there will be a number of performers from home and abroad.

The shooting of 'Cheetah' will begin in May. Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam have been selected for shooting.
Earlier, Jaz had made a film called 'MR Nine' with Masood Rana. ABM Suman was there as Masood Rana. The movie was made on a huge budget.
