Popular small-screen actress Mehazabien Chowdhury has teamed up again with Vicky Zahed in an upcoming OTT project. The web series titled “Ararat” has been made for the occasion of the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
The poster of the series, which has been released on social media, also created buzz among the audience.
Mehazabien has also confirmed the news with a post on her Facebook page on Monday. She also shared a poster of “Ararat”. “I’m strange, whoever acquires me, finds me unnecessary. I’m strange, who builds me, scared to death after seeing me! I’m a strange thing...What is the a “thing”? “Ararat” is coming!”, the post reads.
According to the sources, the shooting of the series was completed last December. Post-production work of “Ararat” is going on. The web series will be released on the OTT platform Binge.
Earlier, Mehazabien worked on the projects like “Redrum”, “Silence” and “Punorjonmo” series under Vicky Zahed’s direction.
Mehazabien started her showbiz journey after winning Lux Channel i Superstar in 2009. She came to the limelight by featuring in a TV commercial for Banglalink. She made her debut in the television drama “Tumi Thako Shindhu Pare”. Later she appeared in numerous TV dramas and commercials. In 2017, she acted in the critically acclaimed telefilm “Boro Chele”. She acted in several web films also.
