Yeasmin Labonno’s melodies resonate on govt platforms

As the days pass, Yasmin Labonno finds herself increasingly engrossed in her music, her schedule brimming with new projects and performances. Labonno, a celebrated musician of this generation, has garnered widespread acclaim for her latest original song, "Shudhu Tomarei Bhavnay," released to the delight of her audience. Her flawless delivery, precise pronunciation, and emotive rendition captivate listeners, leaving them enchanted by her sweet melodious voice.

Labonno expresses her gratitude to the lyricist of the song, Tamal, and the composer, Saikat, whose creative contributions have played a significant role in the song's success. She acknowledges the warm reception she receives wherever she goes, attributing it to the positive response from her audience.

Additionally, Labonno reveals that she has recently lent her voice to two distinct songs for government channels, namely 'Bangladesh Television' and 'Bangladesh Betar,' further expanding her reach and influence in the music industry. 

She has already completed the recording of the song with the lyrics of Nurul Islam Manik and the tune of Aminul Islam, “Tomar amar ei osom premer kobita, rater adharei hoye jabe lin, sudhu onubhobe lekha thakbe- prokash pabe na konodin” in a program of original songs of Bangladesh Television. 

Besides, on the occasion of the birthday of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on March 17, Labonno sang a song titled 'Baiger Parer Chhota Khoka' to be aired on 'Bangladesh Betar'. The lyrics is of lyricist Tapan Bagchi and music composed by Devendra Nath Chattopadhyay. Labonno also sang another original song in Betar Geeti Naksha program.

Yasmin Labonno said, "It's great to sing two different songs almost at the same time on two government channels. But I feel more lucky and happy to be able to give voice to the lyric poem written about our beloved Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the occasion of his birthday. Special thanks to the Bangladesh Beter Authority for giving me this opportunity to sing this song at a right time.' Yesmin Labonno is also very prolific in hosting and dance too.

Yasmin Labonno completed a five-year certificate course in Nazrul Sangeet from 'Bafa' and later took training in Nazrul Sangeet for one year from Salah Uddin Ahmed. Later she took training from Asit De too. For the past ten years Yasmin Labonno has been working as a dancer in Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.
 
Already, she has completed live song programs on NTV, Banglavision, Asian TV. Labonno also said that, she will also perform music in a program for next Eid on Masranga TV.
