Soron Saha has been spreading light in Bangladesh's stage plays for the past 38 years. He is not just a stage actor, but also a TV actor, model, and film actor. After properly preparing himself for acting on stage, he has become focused on acting in TV dramas and films.

He gained considerable attention as a film actor for playing an important role in the popular movie 'Leader: Ami-e Bangladesh', directed by Topu Khan and starring Shakib Khan.

Today marks the 50th staging of the play 'Rajar Chithi', featuring Soron Saha in an important role, at the main auditorium of Shilpakala Academy in the capital. The play is written by Mahfuza Hilali and directed by Debashish Ghosh. Soron Saha will be seen playing the character of Haridas Basak in this production.

Soron Saha said, "I entered the world of acting after properly preparing myself. My acting journey began on stage. That's why I have an irresistible passion for it. I always find myself anew on stage. I also received viewers' love for acting in the film 'Leader: Ami-e Bangladesh' with Shakib Khan. I want to continue acting until my death; this is my dream. I hope my death occurs on stage. And my heartfelt demand is the establishment of a modern auditorium in Savar. This is the collective demand of cultural activists in Savar. We are drawing the attention of the concerned authorities."

Soron Saha's acting career began in 1986 with a play in Faridpur. Trained by Mostafizur Rahman Azad, he later performed in 'Abak Jalpan' under Biswajit Basu's direction. As a key member of Jagoroni Theatre since 1995, Saha has served as general secretary for over a decade.

Performing on stage for Jagoroni Theatre, he has been praised for his roles in plays like 'Kenaram Becharam', 'Rajar Chithi', 'Bicchu', 'Buddhu', and 'Ekti Adhunik Rakkhosh'.
