Rising star Tanjin Tisha is set to join forces with hit-maker director Rayhan Rafi for an upcoming web series titled ‘Black Money.’ This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Tisha, as working with Rafi is often considered a career-defining moment for actors in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry.

Rafi, known for his consistent success in both cinema and OTT platforms over the past few years, has a track record of propelling actors to new heights of fame. Notable examples include Bidya Sinha Mim, Shariful Razz, Shobnom Bubly, Siam Ahmed, Puja Cherry, Tama Mirza, Afran Nisho, Mim Chakraborty, and most recently, Shakib Khan.

While details about the project are being kept under wraps, sources reveal that shooting for ‘Black Money’ is expected to commence by the end of the current month. Mushfiqur Rahman Monju, Chief Content Officer at Bongo, the platform producing the series, confirmed that an official announcement with full details will be made soon.

Rafi described the series as a departure from his usual storytelling style, expressing excitement about working on this unique project with Bongo. This web series precedes his work on the highly anticipated film ‘Toofan 2.’

Interestingly, rumours are circulating that Tisha might also replace Kolkata-based actress Mimi Chakraborty in ‘Toofan 2’ due to changing political circumstances. Some speculate that ‘Black Money’ could serve as a trial run for Tisha before potentially casting her in the bigger project.

This news has generated significant buzz in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry, as Rafi's projects are known for their commercial success and ability to elevate actors' careers. Fans and industry insiders alike are eagerly awaiting the official announcement and more details about this exciting collaboration.
