The highly anticipated music video of a new single Jaiona by the renowned EDM duo APEIRUSS, composed of brothers Sheikh Saami Mahmud and Sheikh Shafi Mahmud, is officially out today. The track, featuring the soulful vocals of Niloy, marks another stellar entry in the duo’s upcoming series of new music projects.
The visually captivating music video is now available on ApeirussVEVO on YouTube and all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and Amazon Music.
Reflecting on the song's creation, Saami Mahmud shared: “End of 2023, I started writing this song named Jaiona. I began with the tune and melody, and then we moved into the music production. Initially, we wanted to bring someone special to work on the vocals, and that's when we approached Niloy bhai. His brilliant delivery on the vocals exceeded our expectations. I’m really hopeful for this song.”
Niloy, the featured artist on Jaiona, expressed his excitement: “Super excited to be featured on a new song called Jaiona with one of my favorite artists, Apeiruss! The track is a collaboration, and I think it's going to be a game-changer. The production is fire, the vocals are insane, and I'm honored to be a part of it. Can't wait to share this new music video with you all! I’m really proud of how it’s come together, and I think it’s some of my best work yet. The lyrics are super personal, written by Saami, and I think they’ll really resonate with a lot of people. The melody is catchy and upbeat, but also has some emotional depth. I’m hoping for the best response from viewers and listeners. I wish Apeiruss all the best for this series of music videos—there’s more to come, so stay tuned!”
Sheikh Shafi Mahmud also weighed in on the significance of Jaiona in their musical journey: “Jaiona is technically the first song we started working on for this series. It was the project that kicked everything off. When you listen to it, you’ll notice how soft pop melodious tunes blend seamlessly with an electronic twist. We really pushed ourselves, especially with the sound drop after the verse that takes you to a different zone. Now, we’re eager to see how the audience reacts to the music video and the track. If they like it, we’d be the happiest.”
