’Agni Purush’ to hit cinemas May 4

Apart from movies, model-actress Sunerah Binte Kamal is also busy in web series. A web titled 'Agni Purush' has been produced on the occasion of International Fire Fighters Day. Sunerah played a lead role in the film, which has been set for release on May 4. Director of the film, Abu Hayat Mahmud confirmed the news.

"Firefighters stand beside us in times of danger. But the society does not express gratitude for their work. We wanted to highlight their life struggle in the film”, the director said about film’s plot. 

Sunerah shared her experience of working in the film, “The story has offered something newness, as well as my character is also quite challenging. I will be seen playing the role of the wife a firefighter. I have performed in such a role for the first time. I have put my best effort to make the character believable to the audience through my performance.”

Actor Sohel Mondal will be seen opposite Sunerah in 'Agni Purush'. “This film has made on the story of fire fighters' sacrifice. I played the role of a firefighter. While doing the job, I realised how much fire fighters do to protect us. Firefighters are always worried when the emergency phone is rung. Everyone knows by now how much they struggle physically to douse the fire,” Sohel said. 

Ahmed Khan Hirak has written the story and screenplay for ‘Agni Purush’. The Fire Service and Civil Defense Department provided full cooperation in the making of 'Agni Purush'.

‘Agni Purush’ will be available on the country's video streaming platform Deepto Play.
